CMC Group Joins Tuface Idibia In Growing Lists Of 'Voice Nigeria Protest'

Cornel Media Consult, CMC, has joined the long list of supporters who are willing to join music superstar Innocent Idibia better known as 2face, to lead a protest tagged 'One Voice Nigeria' against Nigeria's biting recession.

The economic hardship presently experienced by Nigerians has led to the widespread condemnation of the federal government policies under President Muhammadu Buhari and the country's top celebrities have also expressed dismay at the turn of events.

Therefore, Cornel Media Consult, an entertainment group under the leadership of publicist and events Co-Ordinator, Ambassador Cornel Udofia, rising from a meeting on Wednesday, 1 February 2017 at the Elomax Hotel, Maryland, Lagos, vowed to support the music icon in his planned protest against the government’s insensitive movies.

Cornel said; "CMC Gladiators platform totally support the planned protest (by Tuface Idibia) because of the hardship faced by the common man in the country and it’s high time we in the Entertainment Industry which CMC is a major Stakeholder, took the bull by the horn to let our leaders know that all is not well in our dear country"

"What is happening in the country right now is not the dream of our founding fathers.
They dreamed and wished for us a nation where love, equality, respect for fellow humans, love, harmony, progressive economy, peace, unity and above all justice to all without sentiments.

"Members of CMC, including the Fort Estate of Realm should give absolute support to this protest of good course come Monday 6th February 2017, by 8am prompt at the National Stadium, Surulere. Please all are expected to come out on green shirts and white trousers to represent our country’s heritage," Udofia stressed.

In his concluding speech, Udofia said he will personally be at the protest march to lead the 'noble platform' as the group believe in equity and fare play.

"I have been consistent in the media and entertainment world and adding positive values to humanity. I have always been an initiator of peace and I'm fully in support of this protest," the entertainment guru concluded.
